When it comes to difficulty level, if you are able to operate a can-opener and can wield a knife without killing anyone, you should be able to master this recipe. Topping out at 2 ingredients (with an optional glaze), this is about as easy as it gets without unwrapping, defrosting, or stealing an entire plate of samples from Costco.
Step one- slice a (pre cooked and ready to eat) sausage (I chose honey garlic)
Step two- open a can of diced pineapple
Step three- stack on top of each other
Step four- put in the oven till you’re satisfied (about 20 min)
And, if you’re not too exhausted from the above steps, consider making a glaze- with leftover pineapple juice from the can, a little honey and a little dijon mustard. Then throw it back in the oven till it sizzles a little bit. And forget what I said about the glaze being optional.
